Socioeconomic disparity is associated with faster retinal neurodegeneration in multiple sclerosis

A study of 789 people diagnosed with MS found that socioeconomic disparity was associated with faster retinal neurodegeneration as measured by optical coherence tomography, and was also associated with worse low contrast letter acuity.
