Racial disparities in Medicaid home and community-based service utilization and expenditures among persons with multiple sclerosis

The authors of this article looked at disparities in utilization of home and community based services (HCBS) among 7,550 White and Black individuals covered by Medicaid. They found that most HCBS were accessed more frequently by White than Black individuals and that total expenditures per year on HCBS were higher among Whites.
