This article reviews disparities in health outcomes as experienced by Black Persons with MS in the Deep South as compared to White Persons with MS. Findings suggest that a more aggressive course in relapsing MS for Black Persons may drive the disparity and shows that an outsized influence of comorbidities in Black Persons may also drive the disparate outcomes.
