Understanding Inferon Beta-1a

This study from the University of Buffalo has found that Inferon Beta-1a may work "by minimizing the toxic effect of pathologic iron deposits found in gray-matter structures of MS patients". It has been known that Inferon Beta-1a is beneficial to MS patients for some time now but no one understands how it works completely. This is a good step to finding out how Inferon Beta-1a treats the disease.
