Scientists Show How Thinking Can Harm Brain Cells:
Brain cells can be damaged during chronic neurodegenerative diseases. When inflammation occurs in the brain, nerve impulses that are passed between cells during routine activities like learning and memory can become toxic. Instead of triggering the formation of memories, these impulses can inflict injury on neurons and disrupt neurologic function.
Does this mean that we MSers think too much which has caused our brains to deteriorate? This article raises some interesting issues.

I agree! Maybe MSers are just thinking too much after all ;-)
Thinking
Intriguing, the connection has been made in the past about higher socio-economic groups being more prone to MS. One of my brothers always said I think too much!

Our thoughts comprise one
Our thoughts comprise one more piece of the puzzle which ultimately expresses as MS.
Thinking too much
Over the years when I tried to play the dumb blonde I've had to actually think about it -it never came naturally. Now I'm finding that it may have harmed me.
Even now that I "think" my brain may become swiss cheese I try to do brain puzzles, etc. to keep it active.
Should I not do this anymore? Could I really become the dumb blonde without thinking?
