One year MRI may indicate non-response to Interferons

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of brain lesions at the beginning and after one year of treatment with Interferon beta (IFN-b) can help identify patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) who do not respond to IFN-b treatment according to a recent study.
It would be nice to have this sort of indication so that people who aren't responding can at least reclaim a bit of quality of life by going off a therapy that isn't working and avoiding the side effects.

why just interferon?
it appears that the methodology they describe could be used to infer response to ANY regimen, including copaxone.
They could conduct the same
They could conduct the same experiment design with Copaxone and probably get the same results. But they only did it with IFN, so they can only make conclusions about IFN.
