Don't Get Arrested If You Have Aggressive MS

Here's a sad story of a man with (now) debilitating MS who hit and killed a kid with his car and took off.

He's in jail now, but they can't handle his condition and it looks like he may not be allowed to get the care he needs to keep on living. Forty years in prison may become a death penalty for this guy. This is a situation for an ethics class if I ever saw one.
