MSNews Lesson #6: RSS

RSS is a family of web feed formats often used by blogs to publish new content to special readers. At the bottom of every page of MSNews is a little orange square that has a link to our feed source. If you have an RSS reader, you can click on it to subscribe.

Subscribing to RSS involves getting an RSS client (most modern web browsers such as Mozilla and Opera have one built in) and clicking on a feed link. Once subscribed, you will be notified when new content is available. You can either read the new content in your RSS client, or go to the web site directly to see it. It's just another way to keep up to date on the latest MSNews.
