More evidence for Grey Matter involvement in MS

Italian researchers looked at a small group of untreated people with MS using diffusion tensor MRI (DT MRI). They found subtle changes in the grey matter (unmyelinated portions of the brain) which might indicate that MS is more than just a demyelinating disease.
