Slightly less negative than the NMSS, the UK MS Society weighs in on with their thoughts on Low Dose Naltrexone. While they present reasonable caution, they indicate that a clinical trial should be done to find out and suggest that they would be receptive to getting a proposal and would even help draft it. Isn't that how an MS Society is supposed to be?
