People might be interested in looking at these sites. Low Dose Naltrexone(LDN) seems to be gaining prominence, seems to be doing something - either that or some kind of mass placebo/hysteria effect!

art: while Naltrexone isn't really 'alternative' (it's FDA approved for other indications), it isn't commonly used for MS at this time.
