Why:
The Boston Marathon is the world's oldest marathon and most prestigious road race. This year, we have a remarkable team running to raise money for the Accelerated Cure Project and promote the work we are doing to cure MS. We have received ten coveted marathon numbers from John Hancock Long Term Care. Select runners have been chosen to represent our organization in the race in return for raising funds.
Dress:
The runners will be wearing the best athletic apparel for a run of this length and difficulty, featuring our stylish logo. Spectators wear whatever they like, but we suggest your Accelerated Cure Project T-shirt to show your support for our program and athletes.
Cost:
Free to watch
Agenda:
The run begins at 10:00am. The first runners will begin crossing the finish line a little before 1pm, but runners will continue to finish throughout the day. More information about the Boston Marathon is available here!
