Lori Hannay joined Interactive Data as vice president and chief human resources officer in December 2008. In this role, Ms. Hannay has responsibility for all aspects of the Company's global HR function. In addition, she leads several initiatives directed at creating greater synergy by partnering with the business units to support the "One Company" approach, the globalization of the HR team and development and training programs to promote succession planning and retention of top talent.
Ms. Hannay brings more two decades of human resources management to the Company. Ms. Hannay joined Interactive Data from TRC Companies (NYSE: TRR), an engineering, consulting and construction management company, where she most recently held the role of vice president of human resources. She also served for more than 10 years as the vice president of global human resources and vice president of worldwide human resources and corporate services with technology firms Enterasys Networks, Inc. and GenRad, Inc., respectively. At those firms, she helped lead re-engineering initiatives, acquisition-driven integration projects, the development of global stock option and performance-based incentive plans, and the implementation of global information technology systems. Her experience also includes a decade of experience in the financial services industry as vice president and corporate secretary at First Inter-Bancorp, which was subsequently acquired by First Fidelity.
