Mike Yashko is the Managing Partner of the Florida offices of Roetzel & Andress. Mike focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate finance and general business law. He routinely counsels local and national clients on the wide range of issues encountered throughout the real estate development process. His clients include lenders, developers and others involved in the real estate industry. His experience spans the entire development process from site selection and acquisition through financing and ultimately asset disposition.

Mike earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Northwestern University School of Law in 1987. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from the Ohio State University in 1984 with a double major in Finance and Economics. Mike is a member of both the Florida and Ohio Bar.

Mike and his wife Lori live in Naples, Florida with their two children. Lori was diagnosed with MS in the Spring of 2002.
